Saw it on another forum and its image name says prototype, but all i can say is wow. That would be a piece to behold. Tamashii Nations recently did a dragonball proplica question and the winner got a figuarts zero vegeta. The winner's idea was this same reliquary  |

It was released by Taki co. Thier line-up have some the coolest pieces out there. That Shenron goes on ebay for like 500$, I think you can get it in Japan for like 200-250$.

It's not a prototype figure it is a figure of the clay prototype Shenron statue that was the bases for the real Shenron in the show. I have it. It's pretty cool but it's supposed to glow from the lights in the base but the effect doesn't work too great. It's not a rare prototype figure or anything.
