SupremeKai if you contact the seller with the radio button "item not as described" and say it arrived damaged and upload the pictures either to that message (if possible) or after the case has been opened, you are almost guaranteed to get a portion of your money back or all of your money back if the seller is unreasonable and you tell eBay to decide the case. Thanks Bran! That's exactly what I've done. I received a fair offer on a partial refund, but the seller is now enquiring as to whether ebay's global shipping program's article insurance will cover the full amount. It's just so odd an experience. The seller seems to be an honest seller and a genuine good guy. I just can't understand why someone so well put together could ship a parcel like that. It looked like a 10 year old, or someone with downs had packaged the figure. I mean, who uses not so depleted bog roll cylinders as packing?

Bran that was the funniest thing I've read in a while lol. Idk why anyone in there right mind wouldn't take the time to ship an item properly granted I've used some boxes I was a little iffy about (caps hefty box) but I always make sure they r either reinforced with tape and extra padding on the inside or if I'm really not sure I head down to the USPS store and take all the free boxes they have lol. Usually there so busy no one notices me walking out looking like I'm carrying a billboard but on the off chance they say something I play dumb and say oh I thought they were free so I could take them all as I will be shipping them through y'all anyway so more $ for USPS. Only one time have I been asked to put some back and I had prob around 20 that go round I do that maybe once every 6 months so if ur usps is or was out of free shipping boxes it wasn't me I promise P.s. The usps is a great place to score free tape again just play dumb and say u thought it was free if they catch u. Or u can do what I do which is take the tape off the shelf use it to tape my untapped boxes and write out addresses and such while I stand in line which really seems to rub the people behind me the wrong way (can u believe people these days) and then just put the tape in my bag of supplies I always carry in with me when I'm done and when I get up to the front to pay for my packages if they say anything about me getting tape I say oh sry I was going to pay for that and I put it in my bag after I tapped my items and forgot all about it my b. p.s.s I usually look like a homeless person as I walk out of usps in bedroom slippers jogging pants a crap stained t shirt and 20 cardboard boxes in one arm ( obviously for building my new dream home ) and a grocery bag of random supplies in the other. It's the site of a true American living the dream!!!

Some people who haven't really shipped anything like a toy that is supposed to arrive in perfect shape just don't know any better. Doesn't make them bad people, just means they need to learn and is unfortunate they don't figure it out before something like this happens. I once had a guy ship an expensive transformer combiner in several parts with nothing but torn up newpaper inside of a shoebox.

Yeah I guess but a lot of it just comes down to common sense I mean shipping an expensive item in a basically a folder idk I mean if ur that dumb u shouldn't be selling stuff in the first place IMO.

I have a feeling it was more like, "I've already got my money. What do I care what happens to some jackass' toy"!

I have a feeling it was more like, "I've already got my money. What do I care what happens to some jackass' toy"! It seemed he cared enough, what little he did, to "customize" the packaging. Haha. He should have gotten 2 famous baseball players, one to bat and the other to pitch, to throw a fastball and bat it out so it lands at your house if he really didn't care.

Well, on the bright-side, at least the figure wasn't damaged. This is where he'll be displayed:
