I won't post the link, but I'm bidding on a Trunks that has been altered. The seller painted pupils in the blue part of his eyes. Does that destroy the value or is it okay to continue bidding?

I would think that would decrease the value, but maybe not a lot.

If it doesn't visually detract from the figure it probably won't make to big of a difference.

If all he did was paint the pupils, then it either adds value (because Trunks should have pupils and no one else's will) or remain the same value as any other opened figure because the modifications aren't major or even noticed. It's not like he sculpted a new arm, which would decrease the value. Just added two dots to a place they should be anyway. Continue bidding.
