Yeah, I'll buy him, too. Lol. The sad part is that they pretty much have all the parts to make blue gi Gohan, already. Piccolo chest and upper legs, Goku arms and crotch and lower legs, and use the Vegito boots with a new tip just coloured different. That gives you a Gohan that is a little taller than Goku, too. They didn't need to just do straight up reuse of Goku's whole body. If they got creative with parts reuse, they could make quite a few other characters easily enough.
But, I'll buy him anyways...

Sorry to sound like an jerk, but I think people are kind of jumping to conclusions here and hating too much. I mean he is not that bad is he?

I'm still excited for this figure. To me, that looks like a Masenko, I think if they were going for that yellow Kamehameha he used, they would have just recolored Cell's Kamehameha or recolored Normal Goku's charging Kamehameha. The Masenko doesn't look that good though, I think it would have been way cooler if the whole thing was that color yellow. His gi would have looked way better red as many of you guys mentioned, this is how I always remember Ultimate Gohan:

I honestly kind of feel it was doomed for negativity from the start just by having Gokus outfit and being released after Vegito, who also used a lot of Gokus sculpt. They could do a whole new sculpt, but it just wouldn't make financial sense. They should make it a redish orange, yeah, but it still looks sweet.
The faces look good, and I'm excited to get Gohan at his strongest. Plus, we've had so many unique sculpts with 16, Broly, and the upcoming Fukkatsu no F figures, I'm fine with one borrowing a sculpt. Looks great and I'm pumped.

At the very least they should've repainted him red like they did with the new Goku figure. Good to see he's not just a bare bones release and he comes with a stand and an effect. Not sure what the effect is supposed to be but at least it looks better than Cell's Kamehameha. Not a bad deal for 39 bucks. Still would've preferred any other adult Gohan over this one.

Making gohans gi red would be a mistake IMO. sure it would be acccurate to the anime but it wouldnt match normal gokus color gi which he is supposed to look exactly like. so it wouldnt make sense....

Nah cuz then we can swap bodies with Normal Goku. It would match with Krillin's gi too. I've just wanted a red colored gi so badly!
Krillin came out first with a red gi and Goku later with his orange one, even though in the anime, they're supposed to be the same color. So far there's been a lot of inconsistency in this line (colors, scale).

Why would they give him a weakened version of the kamehameha when he is supposed to be the strongest nonfused character in dbz? I still think ssj3 goku would beat him though  I mean he did kinda last longer against gotenks buu. Excluding the fact that the fusion wore off on buu. |
