Dear god its over $4,000. If it turns out to be the SDCC exclusive and they have a gigantic inventory, that buyer is going to regret that purchase.

there are some figures Facebook groups in mexico I just joined yesterday, and they are selling the figure inside of those for about $150 to $200 inside mexico.
I arrived too late and looks like people sold their extras, I think chances for eBay will be low and we must wait for SDCC

Good god what has happened to people? At first I thought this was just funny and rediculous seeing these figs for like 200 dollars and knowing I will never buy that, but now seeing a guy selling it for 10,000 dollars? WTF it's not even funny anymore, its frustrating and f*cking retarded. Which dumbass would even pay that much money for a figure, let alone have that much money on their bank account atm?
So, in a nutshell, I could bid my poop for 1 trillion dollars in Ebay? Thumbs up to our society.

I think you guys are getting a little too worked up over this. Also, in regards to the 10k+ bids, I highly doubt it is the seller doing it. No one in their right mind would pay that much for a figure and is likely someone external screwing up the auction. What would be the point if the seller didn't get his money after all? Everyone take some stress pills and wait for the SDCC to be announced before we start witch hunting.

Definitely going to try to get one here. That seller listed in the description that it's limited to only 500 units. Is that true? I believe it's true but u should wait till they announce the sdcc I have a feeling it's gonna be the same goku Unless you're a collector looking to get every version in every box, and even then, you're way better off just waiting the week at max it'll likely take for them to announce the SDCC exclusive, which rumors are pointing it to being this Goku, with maybe a different box. (VERY likely a different box). We don't know if it's going to have the "Exclusive Face" or whatever, or if we get something else, but I mean crap, the price would drop like a brick most likely if the figure itself was more widely available. The vast majority probably don't care about the box, and just want an updated Namek Goku. Seriously, I actually have been on the other side of this (Seller side) and while his auction started a bit high and ridiculous, I've had the same bidding war of "Well if I can't have it nobody can" happen recently on of all things, Diddy Kong Racing for N64. You end up having to wait a few days for the non-payment, open a case which has to have at least 3 days on it, THEN you get refunded the 10% eBay takes off the auction. If you forget to do that though, you owe eBay for the auction even if you never got paid for it. So it's frustrating to both legitimate bidders and people selling.

Exactly, which still shows that my point still makes sense. He may not be the only one, there are proabably lot of items in Ebay in which the user makes other accounts to bid for the product, but I could only see people going as far as like 500 dollars when it comes to action figures, but 10 thousand? Only a meme like that can express how I feel right now.
