Hey everyone! Long time no post. I've been lurking, just not logged in. Wanted to share a new mega pic I've done. It features all the SHF DBZ figures so far, in order, through Battle Damaged Gohan. Plan to update as new ones come out. Click the below smaller version to open up the HD one. In future, updates will be here: news.toyark.com/s-h-figuarts-dragonball-z-reference-guideIf you see any errors, let me know. If you have thoughts on ways to improve, let me know. I may change this up into a more traditional checklist style layout. BTW - the HD one, that is only 1/3rd the size of the original file I'm working from. Later!

I have a suggestion/request. If you actually make a checklist can you include a small blank box somewhere near the images that can be filled in? Also, assuming you have multiples, can you include the multiples for figures that have more than one head part (Gohan SS1/SS2, Trunks/SS, Vegetto/SS, etc.)? I don't know how you would arrange the images but I think eight or nine figures per row would help fit everything into a single 1920x1080 image. Another unrelated request, there's an image in your SDCC Broly gallery I liked quite a bit. news.toyark.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2016/08/SDCC-Broly-40.jpgCould you recreate that image but with the SDCC and Premium Color exclusives on one side and the original releases on the other? Something like this, and preferably all in the same poses and positions.

alex2k5 Are these figures all to scale with each other? I assume you're using Photoshop to combine them all. I just wondered if everything is being taken from the same distance and/or if you're using a ruler or battery or something in every photo so you can scale the figure close to exactly down to the same size as all the others. Super cool pic either way!

Make it a more traditional sized pic, with rows. Don't want to get into all parts tho as that basically becomes a book. Maybe in a couple years for that To be clear, you're just talking heads, not every face swap? And RE: the side by side pic, I can do that. Need a bit of time though as I have a backlog of shoots and I JUST re-set up all these guys on my display shelf. Posed out and all.

I just wondered if everything is being taken from the same distance and/or if you're using a ruler or battery or something in every photo so you can scale the figure close to exactly down to the same size as all the others. Super cool pic either way! It is not 100% exact, but I paid very close attention. Each figure was taken by itself at full resolution. I wanted to ensure each was filling the frame as much as possible to ensure crispness. Due to Broly, if I did it so only the biggest filled out the frame, and left the camera in place, then the rest would be tiny. Wasn't sure what I was going to do with these pics when I started taking them. After I shot them all, I brought Broly into Photoshop, and ensured he fit on the canvas. From there, I went to Piccolo, 1st one, and stood him next to Broly in person on my desk to judge height. Repeat. Did that for each figure that was next to each other, plus Broly as a reference. I also slid all the Goku's next to each other etc, as since they are the same fig base they should be the same height, etc. It got a bit tricky keeping it exact because some are posed on an "away" angle from camera, like grown Gohan, some are crouching, etc. But, I think it came out pretty close. If you see any that are really off I can adjust. And thanks!

I didn't think it would be necessary to try and include every part but I can see a few instances where optional parts would add to the image (Scouter Vegeta 1 with wrapped tail, scouter head/normal face, and the crossed arms, then Scouter Vegeta 2 with the open tail, yelling face, and crushed scouter hand). / Not necessarily EVERY face, but again, a few variations would be cool to see (SS1 Gohan anger face, SS2 Gohan normal/stoic face). Thinking again, I wouldn't mind a pic similar to the one above where it's just all the figures against a black background. Aside from a traditional checklist, can you also make a variation with just the figures on a black background? not like I'm any position to rush you. I'll look forward to seeing it, though.

Yeah, I'll try to cook stuff up next go at it with those ideas. My goal was to add to this every time I get a new one. This setup can be recreated easily even if I don't do the full shoot on pure black every time, so I can always pop 1 shot off on black to keep it uniform. Adding in some additional shots each time to fill it out should be doable.
