Lol the Striking Z Buu does look thick and muscular, I just called him chubby because he's thicker and more muscular than in the show.
00.5 microns... Is that the thickness of a gundam marker or something? What kind of art supplies are you talking about? I must know what you used for the wrinkle detailing.

goldenape808 thanks man, yeah its hard when you start to have just so much stuff. After these pictures i slimmed down unnecessary fat and made things alot more whats just in scale/ figuarts ish to great effect Thanks sexydbz, thats one of my goals. Have figures from all diffferent lines coming together and making a sick display that blends wonderfull! On the way havokThe Great Saiyaman haha well a micron is a form of "artist pen" that comes in very small sizes and is very bold and strong. the .005 is the smallest increment available. thats just for doing the eye lines. For the color I use what looks like a marker but is called a pen? and has ink, that acts like marker? idk its weird i really dont even know what to call it. ill find the package later. i just learned from making gundams that you could move light ink around on plastic surface and with gundams you panel line. all the mechanical lines and panels makes the figure pop. I put the same concept toward my figures and their muscles and creases. First did it on some SBC GT figures and it looked really good. irwin was on to something with that idea as well, but their execution wasnt the best in many cases. Though some are straight pimp Android19coughDaburacough

I knew you meant you had experience from Gundam panel lining (I do so on some of my Transformers), I just thought you meant you used the Gundam brand markers as well. So the Micron is used for the black lining around the eyes, got it. Lol what looks like a marker and is called a pen is a felt-tip pen. You better find out which ones you use for the muscles and tell me! As for 19 and Dabura... PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

Lol no it's just an Internet saying. "Pics or didn't happen." I mean I want to see pictures of Dabura and 19 or I won't believe you painted them! really, I just want to see them. Also... Is Tien not in your display anywhere? Btw, absolutely love the cell saga set up. The boxes look so cool in the back. The mixing of belts on the figuarts Gohans and piccolos looks really neat. Such a great variety of figures! Yet not an overwhelming amount.

haha noooo, I didnt mean I painted them. I meant they were perfect examples of that style. among the best irwins for me really, they nailed the paint apps. Thanks, I love the boxes and they're so stylized which is great for me. but none of that hauuuuuuhhh!!? comic sans. side of box is best to me. and i miss the descriptions of the character on the back of boxes. now its just like "stylized!" "Articulated!" "master sculpt!" I took these pics right when i got tien. It was unexpectedly soon so i hadn't accounted for or put him in. pretty tight squeeze already. love belt experimenting. Auss, that would beee the hscf imperfect cell! beautiful cell, if only bigger. still love it. havok , I would but my guy kinda sucks. his ankle broke out of the glue and peg and i have to balance him ever so slightly to stand. hes great though. he is not taller than piccolo which is right, or goku, but only because of hair. Gero's head is above Goku's head, and he is about as tall as vegeta at the top of his tips but looks menacingly taller enough i think. but as you see he looks phenomenal with 19. ill get some pics sometime. oh, definitely not taller than cell either.

And the final round of detail, my Tournament/Buu Saga and beyond shizzz. This carries more of a 5-5.5 inch scale throughout. I make it work tho. the row feels pretty complete to me for some reason. You can also see some more of the customizing i do on my figures such as the desperately needed and improved Kibito Team significant Baddies Beyond

I never paid much attention to the Kibito figure but had to inspect it a bit when I was selling my Irwin/jakks stuff and I thought it would look a lot better if it had more white in the eyes...and it definitely does. good work

Kibito looks great. I dig the red belt Piccolo, too. HG Broly is pretty nifty looking, too. Such a fantastic display! I really love it.

*Request time!*
I see you've got a Kaiyodo Dragonbox Goku in your collection and I now know you also Have SHF Goku. Is it possible to mount the SHF Goku's head onto the Kaiyodo body and have the head sit flush with the neck? I just bought the Dragon Box Goku with exactly this intention. So it'd be great to know if the decision paid off.
