Thanks Adrenaline, I have a Hulk Marvel Legends that I'm thinking might work for a custom of Spopovich. Originally I was going to use him for Racoom but he's too bulky and a wee bit short.

So I'm working on probably the toughest custom I've done so far.. I give a LOT of credit to anyone who has done battle-damaged figuarts (especially the tattered clothing..). Here are some WIP pics of what I have so far (I have a long way to go tho!): Did a lot of dremeling... It really didn't start coming together until the painting process. For shading this time, I decided to use prismacolor markers. They worked really well after I added a matte seal to the painted parts.

Here are some more pics of BD Goku WIP: I ended up using pieces of latex rubber (that I coated over top of aluminum wire mesh, so it can bend) for the ripped areas in the pants. I'll probably fill in the gaps with Apoxie Sculpt later but I like how it turned out so far. I also went with the platinum blonde hair (to match the first time he turned SSJ with Frieza). I'm thinking about doing a ripped blue shirt out of cloth material but not sure just yet..

The two toughest kind of customs to make are robots and characters with ripped clothes. This is coming along!

I'm thinking about doing a ripped blue shirt out of cloth material but not sure just yet.. an idea ive had for when i get around to actually doing the 1st SS Goku is that the beauty of doing the bare chest is that you can have all the stages of the fight if you do the shirt in cloth ( or for you maybe even the latex stuff?) caause you can do 1. the arms ripped off the T and 2. the half ripped shirt . ive even thought of trying to do it ultimate figure series or SBC style and doing a clip together shirt, but seeing as i havent even started yet ive not been able to test how that would work - if at all! it looks cool as is anyway
