damn, I'm still missing that sigma rilldo, but I think I'm going to make it custom version too expensive I agree with Zarbon about Jakks Broly being overrated, in addition I'd say that the 5" Bojack from jakks is overrated too, he is out of scale and the only thing I like about him is the head...

Yeah, another thing that's overrated and generally erroneous about almost all the Bojack pieces is that they feature him with the bandanna while showcasing him in his pumped up state when we know that he never was seen wearing his bandanna when portrayed with the green skin tone. He comes with the bandanna on most versions albeit the fact that he's not supposed to have it unless he's portrayed as a blue skin variant. The most accurate Bojack figure was this first large-scale release which I actually like; most others released by Jakks were very inaccurate in their depiction. The rest were inaccurate as can be seen here depicted here; I've compiled them all for reference and noted which are erroneous by concept and execution: My point is that I agree with PGV. Jakks Pacific did indeed re-release the same molds too many times as repaints and this was due to minimal actual new molds being made. This is why the first depiction of each mold was the best. The rest were almost always repaints, glossy variations, or just plain inaccurate depictions.

I think the scultures super saiyan 3 goku is overrated. He looks cool and all but it looks NOTHING like the cartoon or comic. That and the fact that its not to scale with anything. Its just plain overhyped imo. Looks badass, but dose not look like goku or a dragon ball figure at that.

Frieza's Revenge Vegeta and Alien Invaders Vegeta are the most overrated for me. They were cool before Figuarts came out simply because it was hard to find a decently scaled Vegeta w/Scouter, but I've always thought they were ugly as sin. He's got a total derp face that ruins the whole figure for me.

It's horrible.

all the expensive ass jakks are overrated. this includes frieza first form, scouter vegeta, sigma rildo, shadow dragons I totally agree. especially with first form Frieza, I never owned him but from what I seen in pictures his feet look too small and his head looks a tab bit to big for the body. LOL I seen him go for like 180 bucks on ebay mint in package and thought that was a little over the top.

princezarbon, I'm focused mainly on 5" figures and honestly all those Bojacks (E,F,G), are highly inaccurate for the mere reason they are all too short! Plus all the reasons you explained.

I never realized the pale Bojack with blue hair was actually from the movie. I don't think the Bojacks are overrated simply because there aren't any others in 5 inch scale, or any large scale (other than movie collection and resin statues) that I'm aware of. The most overrated IMO are the Jakks Bardocks.

Good find about the Bojack colored variant, sexydbz, but unfortunately it's just the lighting in the movie scene as you know and still a stupid figure lol

Good find about the Bojack colored variant, sexydbz, but unfortunately it's just the lighting in the movie scene as you know and still a stupid figure lol I agree. Almost all the efforts from Jakks are repaints as opposed to new molds. And that's what potentially sucks about most of their models. Bandai and more specifically, Banpresto is my favorite company thus far... At least when it comes to DBZ merchandise.

Well, Super 13 isn't an American figure, but I don't think it's overrated. It's a great figure of a rare character. The sculpt is really nice. The only problem is, he's small for the 5 inch figure scale all of the other characters in the set are. He'd probably look great in a Real Works collection though. He looks great in a 5 inch collection, but he's really small for who he is, just like the AB Broly.
The AB Broly though is not a particularly good sculpt. He's pretty bad lol. For $5 he isn't bad... wait... yes he is lol.

The only things the AB Broly is good for is a torso and arms for Super Bojack (as I used), boots for base Broly (as I'll be using), and the head and pants for trash lol
