Can you tilt Cell's head?
All the photos of the prototype I've seen have Cell's head tilted at different angles. Look at the BanPlanet photos where Vegeta is "kicking" him. His head looks leaning off to the side. Then take a look at some of the other photos and it looks a little more straightened out.

I knew I wasn't seeing things! What's going on there? Either you can rotate his head or maybe the prototype's clay started melting a little.

You can rotate his head. I remember reading that in the description translation.

I have a feeling that the SSj Goku from this line would go really well with the Figuarts ZERO Freeza. I can't wait to see them next to each other. I'm also curious to see how would fit together! But usually I will not mix the Figuarts Zero with the Scultures. We'll see... I usually don't either, but I think these two would look sweet together. From what I see from the Goku, can see them scaling together nicely.

Here is a picture of the Scultures side by side. Goku and Bardock are clearly bigger than the others. I would have preferred the other 4 Scultures would also be so great.

They might adjust the sizes slightly for the production run. It's quite common for a lot of toy/model production pieces to be adjusted when they're going through final tooling. Since these are prototypes, who knows? I do feel your pain redstar and wished the other characters were larger as well.
Anyone here been able to compare past prototype and production SCultures?

When it come to the actual size of the mold I don't think it will be 'adjusted', the prototype is just casted into an injection mold for the machinery. Detailing\paint apps etc can see changes between mass production unit and the prototype. Check out Banpresto voting panels at the Sapporo exibit.

If someone was really so inclined, they could try and make their own larger cast with hydrospan. I know there are a couple casting places that I have ordered heads and stuff from that are really good at enlarging or shrinking items. But, you just have to know what you're doing.

I'd imagine that adjusting the size from Prototype to Production piece might take away from the artistic value of the figure itself. You'd think scaling up would be a simple process, but complications can occur.
It's also been stated numerous times that SCultures aren't scale pieces, so it makes no sense for them to change the size.

You'd think scaling up would be a simple process, but complications can occur. It's also been stated numerous times that SCultures aren't scale pieces, so it makes no sense for them to change the size. Usually in toy production, items are sculpted larger in order to capture greater detail that may be difficult at a smaller scale. For example, Kenner's STAR WARS Micro Line figurines were sculpted 4-up (four times larger) than their final production size to get the figures' detail. However, modern technology has changed a lot of that and equipment like 3-D modeling software and printers help capture greater detail at a much smaller scale. I was just speculating earlier because I'm not familiar with the size differences of the SCultures line. Obviously, it's just wishful thinking given that this line isn't adjusted that much. I wish Cell was comparable or that Goku/Bardock were slightly smaller but it doesn't look like it will turn out that way. Regardless, the line-up is terrific and I'm looking forward to it. It'll be the first complete set I'll be buying.
