I'm guessing you're asking this because there are eBay sellers who label their auctions wrong.
hscf are mostly about 5 inches tall. Most of the figures are rather boring (all of the saiyans). Frieza form 1 is the best figure in the series, probably followed by Saiyan Saga Gohan. The characters are all standing straight up and have no articulation.
Scultures are amazing. They vary in pose and size. Most are perhaps 7 inch scale.

HSCF are similar scale to Real Works, about 4 inches scale figurines. Very nice paint job, an awesome character selection. Saiyan saga Tien and Yamcha, Chiaotzu Cui, Zarbon, Dadoria, Frieza saga armor Vegeta? I only have 16 HSCF, but they look so awesome with Real Works with right characters. The two series do kind of complete each other(at least for me). I find them to be extremely appealing. I guess some the characters like some of the Goku's etc can be kinda weak. The HSCF series also have pretty uniform heights to them, while Real Works are more well scaled. Some smaller characters can be really nicely placed in a 5-6" collection. Scultures are big non scaled DX's, have a very unique and different sculpts and pose, an extremely interesting characters selection. The two series have nothing in common really, I don't really get the question tbh... Bran you just say that about Frieza first form and Gohan since they scale well in your collection, if Cui and Zarbon, Frieza saga Vegeta etc would scale, you would say the same about them. This is a an old photo of some my Real Works and HSCF collection of figurines, I felt like this is a character selection that I like which looks nice...

That's true... I'm biased I think we have a Scultures checklist in the Japanese section of checklists Gotenks. I know in the Japanese figure section we have a Scultures 4 topic with lots of pics. eBay sellers really made those confusing since they like to put Scultures in the title of just about everything Japanese.

Which Scultures do you recommend the most?

It depends on what characters you like most so its rather subjective. They're mostly sold for about the same price (except for SS3 Goku). I like androids the most so my favorite Scultures are these: Other than Androids, I think Ox King and Scultures 2 Launch (blond version) are very nice

In my honest opinion, the Dr Gero is the best Scultures figure made so far, but I don't own it and probably never will. I don't know how he would fit into my collection.
The only one I am currently hoping to eventually find for cheap is blonde Lunch. I've been patiently waiting for about a year for one that has been removed from the box to show up on eBay for about $15 to $20.

For SCultures, even though Ox King isn't one of my favorite characters in the series, the figure of him that came out in series 2 is killer. One of the best of the ones that I do have. His sculpt and paint detail is incredible.
