What's the point of the remember me box when it never keeps me logged in or remembers my username/password?? The button is useless!

Are you talking about with the forums here? You might want to make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.

when you go to the site before logging in again, what is the web address?
I had this issue recently but when i log into dragonballfigures.com i am in automatically.
