Hi guys! I've just joined after years of just flipping through this forum anonymously. We all have noticed the tendency of tamashii not doing things in the right scale so I wanted to make my contributions. Here's shodo buu. I think it fits perfectly for a kid buu custom and has a better built than that Hybrid Kid Buu that's around this forum. Does anyone have a WCF Kid Buu or other figures that might have a figure in that scale? If any of you know of any let me know  Attachment Deleted |

elcocu welcome to DBF!  I think that body might be decent for a Kid Buu custom. I don't have any WCF Kid Buu figures, but the heads of WCF have a tendency to be a little large, somewhat like the size of Figuarts Krillin's head instead of Goku's head. It might work though... Another options would be a Jakks Kid Buu head, though the expression on that one's face is pretty boring.

Hi everyone! I've finally received my Jacksdo "Piccolo Family Vol 2" (SHF size) that contains Piano and Cymbal. The quality is outstanding like the first volume, in my opinion. Here's a quick picture I took, you can also see the Vol 1 Old Piccolo on throne and hatched Cymbal egg.  |

balrog incredible! I was hoping someone on DBF would get those! Will you be getting the others?? Also, the upcoming (recently released in Hong Kong) Dragon Stars Janenba scaled very well with Figuarts. I can't wait to see Figuarts Gogeta fighting him in pictures.

Branjita Thanks a lot! I'll definitely be getting Vol 3, and I've also already pre-ordered Bulma's Ship with Bulma and Baby Trunks SHF scale, I'll be sure to post some pics when they reach me. As for that Janemba, I've had it on pre-order for a while now, he looks pretty damn good, maybe deserves a little more shading or matte finish to make it less toy-ish, but it should scale very nicely.

The Hybrid looks a bit small compared to adult Goku, but it is a lot better at scaling than the bobble head Figuarts Kid Goku

Well it's been a while, life has been hectic but I really wanted to honor my promise to show the complete "Piccolo Family" and the Dragon Stars Janemba, so without further ado, here's some close-up shots and wider views.    I hope this helps give a better view of the proper scale of these figures, personally I think they go really well with SHF scale! |

Kid Piccolo is also a neat option to add to the family. Yes, that sculpt looks great too. Sadly I felt like I had to pass on it because it seemed a bit out of scale with SHF which is my main scale reference. If you look closely I have a little Baby Piccolo figure (Adverge) on the right side, it felt more in line with what comes out of the egg, to me. Your collection looks great however, and very nice picture! |
