I've seen him do similar on a site called statue forums where he left for a long period of time but I do know this was after his postings on facebook of his heart attack.
I hope you can at least figure out whats going on or get your money back Saiyen, there are other sculptors out there who'll do what you want without ignoring you for months.

SMH... such a talented sculptor too. its really bad business on his part though, now he has a strain on his reputation despite his other past transaction. if he would have been professional, he would have gotten more money for future work.
