Yamcha cell sagaDifficulty: 7/10 15+ hours Parts used:Head: Irwin series 8 school Gohan Body: jakks father-son Goku Lower pants: Irwin series 8 school Gohan Shoes: father-son Goku Left fist: Irwin series 8 school Gohan Alterations: I sculpted wristbands, his hair and his lower pants around the ankles. and added a belt. So I pretty much made this out of two figures. I had to scrape off the undershirt and carve his chest, I used epoxy for his hair, wrist bands and his lower legs. I also cut a belt out of clothand tied it around his waist. I had to Resculpt his face to better resemble Yamcha paint scars with a toothpick, shortened him by 3/4 of an inch and lastly repainted everything. so here it is.

Hey welcome to DBF, alex. That's actually a really good first custom and a great choice, Yamcha. My first custom was a Chiaotzu I still have. I see you used my method of describing the custom. Nice! Just try to keep it all in one post.

That Yamcha overall looks pretty great. I'd recommend buying an electric manicure tool off ebay from China. They are usually pink colored you'll find (the one I have is pink and Adrenaline has a black one I paid a little extra for). They really help with sanding and grinding. The sellers usually sell a kit of about 20 extra tips too, and you should get that. I prefer using it instead of my dremel because the dremel is so powerful that it throws dust everywhere, it takes off too much material, and it weighs a lot more. You might be interested in the stickers I make and sell. I have a sheet of ones I am pretty sure you'd be interested in. dragonballfigures.com/thread/1140/stickers-figuarts-jakks-battle-collectionWelcome to DBF!

Krillin Freiza saga
Difficulty: 8/10 19+ hours parts used: Body: striking Z Fighters KrillinGloves: AB Vegeta Head: chara puchi Krillin Alterations: this figure of Krillin was out of scale and his original head was ugly so I recently swapped his second head with a chara puchi one. I removed his shoulder pads cut material out of the middle of his torso and slightly shortened his torso then glued the torso back together. cut his legs shorter, cut them at an angle inserted them back in to the groin piece cut out a Dragonball Z stand into a circle to connect is legs to his torso, not before gluing his hip pads back to the figure. shortened his arms ever so slightly, removed his old gloves, they were too big IMO then replaced them with AB Vegeta's when I added them it didnt match the bulk of his forearms so I added epoxy around them I also sculped his chest buffer underneath so the shoulder pads wouldn't cover up as much of his torso; and finally repainted everything! Enjoy.

Oolong 21st world tournament saga
Difficulty 4/10 18+ hours Parts used: body: gasaphon guldo Alterations: I didn't have an Oolong for my collection but found a bandai america one on eBay and got outbid at the last second. which made me a little mad, but I saved money and decided to make my own. So i took a gasaphon Guldo and sculpted over him. I started by sculpting Oolong's fat clothed pig like body over him; sculpting a tie, his shirt, pants, shoes his arms and even his hands, but thier subtly visible and last but not least Oolong's face, complete with his pig nose and long ears. To finish I sanded everything and repainted everything, including his face. hope you like it because I do. So here you go.

And just for the record he is 1.8 inches tall do you think that fits in 5" scale?
