I really like this site even though I only recently joined but I realize most of the activity was made in 2013, 2014 now I know this is just 1 website but when you look at youtube ssjgoshin is the only big channel doing dragon ball toys and on ebay around 2013 there were maybe 13,000 dbz toys up for sale now it's around 5,000, so my question is... Is the community dying or is it just me?

IDK the community seems to be growing for me. New members joining everyday with the figuarts line. Only thing is, i guess they arnt as active here seeing as facebook has become a hub for fan groups/pages that serve as forums

with the Figuarts line and some other lines like Scultures, MSP etc... are starting to growing, plus the new movies coming out, I really think the community is rather growing than dying

I don't really have any experience with the older DB Toy community, as I wasn't a collector back then, but the community seems pretty reasonable to me. I know we get new members on here pretty regularly.

Overall, it's definitely growing!
The action figure line has shrunken, but not in a bad way. Years ago it was multiple companies that did Dragon Ball action figures like Jakks, Irwin, Bandai USA, etc. It seems like a lot of the Western companies have let their licenses expire while Bandai has actually refocused on making arguably THE BEST Dragon Ball figures with their umbrella Tamashii Nations/S.H. Figuarts line. Tamashii Nations was just started around late 2000 so it's still a relatively "new" brand line.

It's growing, but man is it growing slowly. There's hardly any new thing to talk about on here, besides a new movie or a new figuarts.

AndrewAnimeToys does a lot of DBZ figure reviews, but he doesn't give off an interactive with the viewer sense like Goshin does.

I wonder if the only reason the site was more active in 2013 and 2014 is because I had time to post . I don't think it's dying at all!

I think its growing. The next best thing that could happen to strengthen the community would be for there to be a line of figures released in stores across America again. The Irwin and Jakks days were a big deal for the Dragon Ball toy community.
But here's how I look at it.. my website regarding Dragon Ball action figures used to pull in 500 visits per day last year and now I get over 2000 every single day. That number is only rising still. So I'd say there's quite few people out there interested in the subject.

Thanks to this site, I've ever found my last post. Very many interesting photos/pages. The people where FB possess, really should join there. But here I naturally also remain.
