A bit off topic but this has been on my mind since you showed off the newer effects with white cores...would it be possible for you to make light sabers with the new method? I've always hated how Star Wars figures use basic dyed translucent plastic on the sabers when every bit of media shows sabers with a prominent white core. I'm interested to see what a saber would look like using the same method used to make the wave effects.

So enlightening, tell us more of your well thought out and amazing opinion! They are a hell of a lot better than the crap Kamehameha we get with Perfect Cell.

I got the SHF Luke the other day and was thinking this same thing. I know two ways I could do it at that size, but it would be very difficult with a high chance of unit failure. Those would be REALLY small pieces to work with without machine assistance. I'm considering taking a crack at it with larger saber style items via MG or PG Gundam beamsabers.

I realize it may be difficult to create a saber from scratch but there may be a solution...suppose you take a saber from a retail Black Series Luke (to avoid buying another SHF Luke), paint the beam white, and then add clear green on top of it. That way you wouldn't have to worry about recreating the beam or the hilt.

To get the most accurate look for this I'd need to add clear material over a smaller white core, so as to have depth between colors.
If I added clear material over a saber as it sits it would make the blade itself too large for the hilt. Maintaining proper sizing between the blade and the hilt is where it gets hard, because doing that involves a lot more complicated processes.

Newly improved Special Beam Cannon. Longer, a little thicker, revised tip with a lot more of a drill design, fade on the spiral. I'll try to add a video later, to better show off the shape. Also, anyone who has an outstanding SBC ordered from me can upgrade to this one for free.
