Mint in box they are all rare. Loose? Nope, most aren't rare at all. Only Fat Janemba, Videl/Great Saiyagirl, and Goten are rare loose because the other characters were re-released by Irwin, Mattel, Kidz Biz (I think), and possibly even Giochi Preziosi(?).
