Edit: the arm broke just by swiveling it... Can't wait till Kaiohken 2.0, Ginyu, and Oozaru Vegeta. |

I can still put the arm in place, it`s just a bit annoying to flex it. But damn, this is something I would expect from a third party company...

As long as you contact Bluefin during the 90-day warranty (you have 90 days after buying it officially to contact them,) you should be fine. |

I contacted globalfreaks about this issue, I will let you know if there is a way of getting replacement parts or something.

I got my Jiren today and the right arm comes off easily, while the left arm is very stiff, even to swivel it it`s not easy, so I won`t force it. I`m not going to use the crossed arms as I had planned. I didn`t expect this kind of issue from Bandai. Edit: the arm broke just by swiveling it...That sucks. Once my Jiren wins the battle against COVID19 on the mail and arrive here, I'll just leave him on a vanilla pose, and maybe sell him to get the battle damaged one. Still not sure though. It's ridiculous that kind of sh*t happening on an original action figure. Even more with the current price tag. |

Damn that sucks to hear that about yous guys Jiren. Mine hasn’t experienced any defects yet. I think I lucked out, but I don’t wanna take any chances so he’ll remain in his current position for the time being lol

So, Globalfreaks aswered me and while sending the Jiren back to them would cost too much, I`m gonna get another one for half the price and keep the broken one.
