Hmm...I'll make another minor title change, it's true that not every figure will have the problems listed.

I think I have said it before but with any mass produced product there will always be some faults across the line. Not every figure will have the faults but some will. Just something that will happen to all collectors at some point.

Hmm...I'll make another minor title change, it's true that not every figure will have the problems listed. I've posted the ones I've heard atleast 3 times so they're out there. As for the gohan, the forearm on mine does pop out a lot but that's thanks to the joint near the shoulder that is stiff/hard as fuh.

The thing is even though we know these flaws exist we still love the figures enough to buy them

We need to add SDCC Goku to the list, can't vouch for the regular/original versions. The waist joint is particularly loose and does not support the legs if held above joint - doesn't hinder pose ability if free standing, only when unsupported; such as mounted on Tamashii stand.

For those with the saiyan vegeta scouter issues, I think not many people realise the scouter has a peg that needs to pin in properly, apart from the edge of the scouter clamping in between the face and the hair. You need to put the face on loosely, make sure to line up the peg in the little hole for it in the hairpiece and then press all parts simultaneously. It sits perfect on mine and it literally can't fall off. It has never come off since I did this on day one (I have his smirk on the scouter one, don't need the scouter for another expression). Should resolve this issue... Also, maybe it's me, but I swear Piccolo's right leg (from his POV) seems a tiny bit shorter than the other to me. I can't get him to stand both straight and with his legs in a symmetrical angle and I've given that quite the effort, looking at it from all angles etc. If you line up the body and legs perfectly underneath each other at the same angle, he stands a little tipped to his right. Have it on both my Piccolo's. Believe it or not, it bugs me, even though it's reaaaaally minor. EDIT: My bad it's actually the hair piece that has the pin and the scouter the little hole, I think. Well either that or reversed, anyway, as soon as you get that tucked in, the scouter should stay pretty well in place. Either way I can wiggle or rub it, it won't come off, won't even budge:

Mine is the same. Once you get that scouter in correctly it stays in.

I haven't noticed it on my original Goku but then I haven't posed him with a stand yet. Going over every little detail of a figure looking for flaws would drive a person bonkers

Nope. Shifty also has the same problem with his SDCC Goku.

timone317 and I think it might have to do with the added costs of including the stands and effect parts that might be contributing to the quality control issues on the last few figures released. Anyone else think this?

I really think this thread ought to be pinned to the SHF board.

I've contacted Bran about it...I'm also in the middle of going over every figure in the line to see what other issues I can find that would be worth bringing up in the main post.
