Yeah I just might shade the veins, as for the the hair I tried to make it more spiky I just couldn't really make it look right but im still considering it. And thank you all for the comments

Unless you don't plan to repaint the skin, you should try to sand or redo the cheeks so the lower half of his face is shorter and less adult-like.  |

I don't like the color you're using for the eyes, but other than that, I think he looks pretty cool! The ripped clothing looks superb.

I always use Delta Ceramcoat Laguna Blue which is turquoise.  |
