Nice thread! The last MSP Vegeta (Blue) is made by Hiroyuki Nakazawa too. I figured that much, looking at the Blue Vegeta a while ago. I just had to wait for release to confirm. The guy sculpts hair in a very particular way, and his style for faces lately is recognizable as well. (I will edit my profile of him). I'm pretty sure the MSP Gotenks is also done by him too because of the way the face is sculpted, but we'll have to see when that comes out. The only one I'm not sure about is the sculpt for the battle damaged SSj Goku coming out. It definitely doesn't look like his style. |

Great thread, this is some very interesting information. I am collecting some of these, and it will be helpful in knowing what I want to get if it was sculpted by someone who did one I already own that I really like. Thanks for sharing!

Hiroyuki Nakazawa and Yamashita Manabu have been updated.
Both are sculptors with staggering skill. Manabu did the Super Master Stars Piece.

Complete speculation, but I have a feeling that he's done most of the Figuarts figures (SHF and ZERO) because their faces all look very similar. |
