Seeing as Vegeta, Trunks got a premium color re-release and in the future Cell and SSJ 3 Goku are getting a re-color re-release. Is it possible if Frieza and my most sought after figure, Scouter Vegeta get a premium color this year?

Most likely. Don't let anyone tell you never. Just a year ago people were saying SSJ Vegeta and Trunks would never get a rerelease because they were web exclusives... Well...

As much as I want a Freeza that won't cost hundreds of $$, the fact they released a PC ver. of two old figures, doesn't mean they're gonna do it for each one, it'll just ruin their market.

What can you do with Vegeta and Frieza? What difference could there be? SS3 Goky, Cell and Krillin seem more likely since you can make significant changes to them. Can't say the same for Vegeta and Frieza.

Is it possible if Frieza and my most sought after figure, Scouter Vegeta get a premium color this year? Has there, actually, been real confirmation of PCE Cell and SS3 Goku??? From everything I saw and read, it was random "what if" floor discussion with a Bluefin rep. It was mainly forum speculation from then on. I can't find any sources or names that are officially taking credit for the floor talk or are being used as hard sources for the rumours, either. Nothing has officially been stated by Tamashii or Bandai to back it up, and the supposed dates for a "possible" PCE release that were thrown around have already been filled by other releases by Tamashii.

Semantics. It's an effective re-issue. Except it's not. The color scheme is noticeably different and in Trunks' case, doesn't even come with the same amount of accessories. Fortunately I consider the paint jobs to be superior on the PC versions, so I think it's worth it.

Semantics. It's an effective re-issue. Its not a reissue. Its technically a whole different new figure. As to be a actual reissue it means that it has to be the same as its previous release, such as same exact colors and same exact accessories. None of PC Trunks and Vegeta are it. Even Bandai/Tamashii didn't declare it as a reissue, as it does not meet the category of a reissue. Its the fans/consumers who missed out on the original who are thinking and keep telling themselves that its a reissue as its their desire to have the original, but can't due to can't find it or mainly the price of what it goes for, so they consider the PC a reissue when it actually isn't.
If PC Trunks and Vegeta were considered reissues, then that would mean the SDCC Piccolo, SDCC SS Goku, SDCC SS Gohan, SDCC Vegeta, and SDCC Namek Goku are reissues too then, but theyre not, right? Hence PC Trunks and Vegeta are not either. None of them were categorized as reissues by Bandai/Tamashii themselves. So PC Vegeta and Trunks are new releases, not an effective reissue.

As much as I want a Freeza that won't cost hundreds of $$, the fact they released a PC ver. of two old figures, doesn't mean they're gonna do it for each one, it'll just ruin their market. How would it ruin their market? There is money to be made. It might ruin the scalper market... I hope they release premium color version of all of the characters.

Think about it, a lot of people are buying some extras, or even much more, only for scalping because they are aware the price will go up. If they'll just make a PCE for every release they had before that goes for much now, people will stop getting more for scalping, and their sellings will decrease a lot.

I just bought the SDCC Piccolo even though it's a tad bit pricey because I know they won't ever re-release a SDCC version again.
