Really excited for Piccolo! (Cause I couldn't get Figuarts) But why is he $34 instead of $25-$30?
Side Note- you guys thinks they'll be a Two pack (Goku and Krillin, Vegeta and Trunks, PICCOLO AND GOHAN?

Seems people are already getting their hands on Piccolo, he looks pretty good. While I wasn't really interested in his potential for scaling with Figuarts, here's a comparison pic for those interested.  As for the bonus Gohan hair he comes with, here's a pic to clear things up.  It comes with the hair and neck piece, no faces. So while you will need to get Gohan for the faces, at least you don't have to disassemble the Super Saiyan 2 head just for the neck piece, and instead have easy head swapping. |

I like the SHF better, but the FRS one scales definitely better.

Here's a quick little thing for anyone who has Broly. I used Liquid Chrome to paint the part behind Broly's gems. The one on the left is the one that has been chromed. It makes them look more shiny.  |

Very cool looking! I took a different approach, and opted to simply paint the insides of them silver, for a more solid look.  |

I only had the Mechanics previously, but having seen how well Piccolo scales with SHF, I just ordered him along with Cell.
Whilst the original is great, it's almost a decade old and the scale was always an issue. Plus there's still no 2.0 in sight.
I'm excited to find out how he'll look alongside SHF Yamcha & Tien!

I'm not sure how the SHF or Figure-rise are for scale accuracy since I don't own either of them. If you mean base Broly though then yeah, I guess they are the same height roughly. Edit: According to wikia, Nappa is 208cm and base Broly is 213cm. So only 5 cm difference.  |
