I was writing this goofy short story and just threw myself in there and called myself Marvelous Mark. Then I made a created wrestler in WWF Wrestlemania 2000, and pretty much any wrestling game thereafter. Anyway, I eventually developed a whole character, and I've been "Marvelous Mark" for about 15 years now.  |

^ Odd confession but in my mind I refer to you as Marky Mark lol. Not as an insult just I see "Mar" then Mark at the end and my mind fills in the rest with bad 90s nostalgia lol.
Mine is from Final Fantasy XII after the Princess Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca. Originally I didn't even choose the name, it was given to me in direct opposition to a group of haters and in support of a group of fans/friends that would constantly debate (ie rage at each other) on another forum years ago. So as ill advised as it sounds I was made a leader as I knew the most about the series so I got the name to go with it.
Now I just use it out of admiration for the character and the game itself plus its a nice name. As for DB names mine was always Bra until Funi's GT came out and ruined everything with that Bulla nonsense, can barely even make the reference now without some moron trying to correct me argh.

Yeah, he usually plays a pretty good drunk(looking) cop, lol. He has that "I don't care if I die today because my life sucks" look about him in everything I've seen him in. Some people just always look like a drunkard to me. Like Dennis Quaid.

Now you mention it he does look like a drunk cop most of the time. Always like he is at his wits end, ready to snap. And he has played that role a few times now too.

Yeah, I used to write a lot, but I haven't written anything in a couple years. It's kind of an unintentional homage to DBZ, because everything I write, I'm like, hmm... that sounds familiar... But I keep it very light and goofy. But as far as character designs, they're also akin to DBZ, but that's just because I like that style.

lol, well if anybody actually even wants to read it, I could post some of the stuff I've wrote. I don't really have an origin story per se; the story just kind of starts. I'm sure I use a lot of Deus Ex Machina in my writing, but it keeps things intristing.
