I hadn't actually noticed the neck thing. They should probably fix that.

It's been that way since its reveal and they haven't decided to fix it since. It appears to be a purposeful change.

I got my PCE Cell pre-ordered. Incredibly excited to get this guy, he is one of my most wanted figures. I can't wait to have him fighting the new Gohan 2.0. And, getting him for under $40 is just awesome! I'm gonna be waiting a little bit longer than most other people getting him online, but I think it's worth it.

Very off topic but does anyone know why figuarts perfect cell has those lines like freeza does on his cheeks? The manga or anime never had those on his cheeks. Only the purple markings should be there. Just curious if anyone has any clue why they would seemingly randomly add that on.

Probably one of two reasons. So the purple stands out more, or for paint application purposes (like a coloring book)

The main painting application that bothers me is the neck. Applying different shades of coloring is one thing but painting a portion of the white part of his neck black? I'm not sure I understand the meaning of that altercation. Glad I'm not the only one that noticed. I pointed this out back around August or July on the upcoming figuarts release thread. I had assumed it would've been fixed by now but obviously it's gone unnoticed or like you said it was by choice. They obviously chose to ignore the mold lines on the face, so it doesn't surprise me that they painted part of the neck the wrong color. Even with these mistakes I'll probably still puck it up though, just so I could display it with Gohan.

I think the eyes are more anime accurate on this one.

Looks like he's available now overseas....but at $80 a pop. Hopefully he's out here early. Seems like Gohan got here pretty quick.

Something just happened that I wanted to share with you guys, and in lieu of a better place to put it I'm putting it here because the whole story revolves around this figure.
So on a whim last friday, I took a look at my amazon purchase history. I've got a few figuarts on pre-order that I couldn't remember the exact months for (PCE Cell, Xenoverse duo) and I thought I'd just look them up to see if I had dates for them yet. On the top of my page I see a Cell figure, which was marked "shipped" with an expected arrival date of the 27th, but no tracking. I remember thinking it was a bit odd, since I hadn't gotten a shipment notification, nor did I remember seeing anyone on here mention the figure being out... but whatever? So I kept an eye out for it.
Checked mail Saturday, nothing. Checked Monday, nothing. Checked yesterday, nothing. Checked today, still nothing. So now I'm starting to get worried. I live in an apartment complex, and while they're USUALLY good about either putting my packages in lockboxes, or hiding them where they're not visible, I AM still at work until 4pm. So I look it up again, just to double check I put the right address... I've occasionally had packages sent to nearby friends and such. Nope, I sent it here.
Go back and forth for a second, decide to pull up the page just to see what it would cost to get another one now, JIC... And the figure I had been looking at was the Figure-Rise Cell I got back on January 23rd.
In my defense, I went to the DMV this weekend, so my brain has just been numb all week.

Here is the guy. Incredible figure, perfect face, painting, very accurate, nice shadows and reflections. This Figuarts is close to perfection.
