if it is dbz, then i think it may be dabura, which line? i have no idea lol.

If it looks like DB style, but isn't, it's likely Dragon Quest. I'm not certain if you're actually asking who the character is though. I just assumed it was Dabura.

Not a keshi that I am aware of. It's hard too tell from the photo, but it looks like one of those DBZ Crazy Bones style of figures. It looks similar to the pearl white Bubbles in this photo.  |
