The bodybuilder shown is a photoshop morph, myophile was a site that would often expand and inflate the muscles of people for their own fetish. Its quite common for those with muscle fetishes.
As for Goku he'd range from light heavyweight to super heavyweight in bodybuilding depending on the episode. I'd only go as low as middleweight to describe his lowest adult size/weight.
