That's looking so much cooler than the dwc head idea you wanted to go with! Good job bud! I was always planning to sculpt that I just wanted to try the dcw out. So yesterday I was having trouble with the long hair and didnt want it to stick to the body and I came up with the idea of cutting out the shape of the hair and sculpting over it. That way I wont stick to the figure amd.I.can sculpt around it! Ill keep working for this in a few weeks as im on vacation. |

Yup that works well. I would use a piece of cardboard cut to be kind of a tongue shape, then hot glue over it to take up some bulk, trim that if needed, and then apoxie over it. Hot glue is super cheap and works great as filler if you aren't afraid of weight. You could also wad up newspaper into the shape and apoxie over that and that would be lighter weight. Or use masking tape with apoxie over it.

I still.haven't thought of a base.for recoome. Im going to finish these before I get started on him.

You might have to look outside of Z figures for Recoome, unless you can somehow use an Irwin Burter and give him King Cold's legs or someone else's.

I think your current options are limited. I think you'd be stuck using a hq dx Ginyu and then making Burter a little taller.

Hey have you considered just fixing the battle damage on Jakks Recoome and using him as your Recoome? idk how tall your Burter and Ginyu are, but Jakks made him 6 inch scale so he's enormous already, he's like 7 inches tall I think.
