Wow takezo I'm really thrilled for you. I know you wanted that statue so bad and have been searching for it for a long time. Congrats mate! Now Where did you get him from so that I can grab one myself? Thank you mate! I got him from a japan supermarket and bought it using a proxy. Got lucky I found him and was still in stock.

Wow takezo that is exactly the Death Note statue collection that I want. I've been dying to see all of these together to see if they scale together and they do! Ryuk looks amazing and all together they look so beautiful, like they were from the same line! Awesome catch

Thanks mate! Yeah, even when they are non-scale they fit pretty good together. On pics, Rem looks to be smaller but it's just because she's pretty much crouching but it's a huge statue. She would be as tall as Ryuk standing up. I also like that these are directly based on the artworks: Rem - Ryuk - Light[/div] MisaRegards!

Just bought the complete DVD collection of Friends Cool box set. Doesn't get much better than "Friends". Currently working through the complete series on Netflix. On season 5.

Finally got my hands on the entire Figuarts MMPR team. Wasn't too sure I really wanted these...still not sure if I'll keep them for a long time...but man, I'm impressed by them.

Damn that some nice lot you got burdocksan. How much those Hot Toys Iron Man should cost? They make my Figuarts collection to look like children toys honestly.

Hot Toys average between $200 - $300 on average depending on the figure.
The Die-Cast Iron man figures are around $300, the plastic ones are around $250 - $275.
Sideshowtoy.com has a lot of their prices and you can get some good deals on eBay. Hot Toys resale prices are coming down on regular releases because they're putting out SO MUCH (on top of raising their average prices the past couple years) and people are budgeting and being more selective.
They just opened pre-orders for the Age of Ultron HULKBUSTER armor. Most expensive MSRP for Hot Toys so far: $825 USD.

This site seem to be complete but there is no listing of prices - www.hottoysph.com/checklistI'm seriously thinking to pick up a couple in the future, some of the prices for those are not that high compared to other collectibles. I mean I did had pay around 170$ to get Trunks and over 200$ for Mecha King Ghidorah when he will be available in the end of the month.

I mean I did had pay around 170$ to get Trunks and over 200$ for Mecha King Ghidorah when he will be available in the end of the month. Sorry M5, my bad. I didn't know you wanted to see a whole listing. Sideshowtoy.com usually have what's available currently and pre-order listings. They are Hot Toys' official North American distributor. Before them, a lot of us went through toys2.net There used to be another website that listed all the Hot Toys as well as the current eBay going prices but I don't see it around anymore. You can get some good deals on their figures now, depending on which ones. They've broken the $200 mark for their "standard" releases (commonly a character in a uniquely tailored costume/suit like a superhero) and I started collecting long ago when their average price was about $120ish. They've come a LOOOONG way since then. However, there are still a select few figures that push way up to the $400+ range in terms of value, like the Marlon Brando GODFATHER and TDK Two-Face. If you're eye-balling a certain figure, feel free to PM me and I can address any questions you may have to the best of my knowledge. Another place to check out is Sideshowcollectors.com (Sideshow Freaks board). Some of us on here also collect Hot Toys and that's the forum we frequent. I suggest you do a little research because some of the figures do have quality issues. Notably, Hot Toys has had a lot of challenges with rubber on their figures in the past. A lot of their older figures where they used rubber now suffer from degradation and break down. I had a few of their old ALIENS Xenomorphs that were slowly starting to break down despite the fact I kept them in a climate controlled area and away from direct sunlight. ----- As for Hot Toys sales, your best bet is on eBay where you might find some good deals. Sideshow (and other retailers) also discounts some Hot Toys figures as well, but usually it's only a $20-$30 drop in price and not anything significant. Sideshow does hold some bigger sales during holidays like X-Mas and their popular "Spooktacular" during Halloween where you can win gift cards and extra discounts. They also have a Reward points program that can discount from future purchases.

You MIGHT get lucky a retailer might offer a discount in the future to get rid of some stock, but it's really up to you. The Hulkbuster is their most expensive MSRP figure yet at $825. That's way too much for a hunk of plastic in my opinion. Unless you ABSOLUTELY want one, I suggest to be patient and just keep an eye out on some retailers around the time the figure comes out to see if they discount it. But keep in mind a lot of retailers are asking for a down-payment on the figure.

I'd figured since the price is way up there, not a lot of people are gonna go for it. Then the company will probably lower the price down the line to attract more people to buying it. I'll keep on eye on it for a little while and see how it goes.
