Yes. You should contact them to get an update on your order. I think they are experiencing some issues these days. I've used their support ticket but have not heard anything in 2 weeks. Finally got a reply. "Thank you for your message We are terrible sorry if your order was not handle until today. We will inform the delivery center about your order. The delivery center have a lot of delay , your order will be process soon. One more time we apologies for this inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. Please don't hesitate to send another message if you need anything else." It's now October and still nothing...

I would dispute it with PayPal or credit card, if you can; that's what I’m about to do with my Megalopolis order. They told me everything is fixed 3 weeks ago. They charged me on 8/29 and it still hasn't shipped, yet their site claims they don’t charge until it ships.
I work for a "delivery center" and we don't have any issues getting packages out on time. I don't understand that excuse.
