I think they’re doing Luffy from One Piece so it won’t be just Dragonball specific. I could see a Naruto maybe. They’re not good though. Vegeta looks better than Goku, but not that much better. I can’t see anyone thinking this is a line worth investing in. |

After the QC disaster and relative flop that was Goku, I don't see this line proceeding any further than Vegeta. Everywhere I look everyone's comments are always "Why does this even exist?".

I think if they didn't have such a rocky start with Goku, Imagination Works would be a lot more popular. Personally, I would never invest in this line but I do genuinely love looking at the new Vegeta. It's really a shame that the QC isn't higher for figures of their price range and detail.

I was worried about the rubbery material for the arms like that from the start. From what I've heard, it doesn't even pose very well anyway, since the shapes the folded or stretched material makes don't look organic or realistic at all, and it really limits the range of motion...
I haven't seen the Luffy figure yet, but I hope they've learned from that mistake for him. And I figure it must not be too big of an issue with Vegeta since his joints are all covered up by cloth and armor?

Rubber overlays will always be a turn off for me personally. I want my figures to last at least a good majority of my lifetime, not fall apart nowhere near halfway through and feel instant regret.
