I checked it out and when I saw it, I was think that it was a bootleg with the paint job and the way it was sculpted but apparently it is an authentic figure by Bandai. It is the the Fantastic Arts line of action Posed figures and only measures to 4-5 inches tall. Overall, I think it looks pretty cool but not my type of figure. Are you going to get it?

I know nothing about Dr. Slump other than what we briefly saw in those few episodes of DB, but I really like the way these look. Just... not for $70.
