Could Yamcha be in his baseball outfit from Dragonball Super?

That would be cool, but I'd so much prefer the surprise of him in Saiyan Saga appearance. The last few WCF sets haven't made a lot of sense, so I would not be surprised if this set didn't make sense either.



Then again, I haven't watched Super in Japanese, so I have no idea if Korin and Yajirobe have actually appeared in the series and strangely look like they haven't aged a day since DB.  The boxes say Super.

Actually Super has done an outstanding job of incorporating tons of characters from dragonball and dragonballz and giving them important roles to play. Especially yajorobe. If you haven't watched it yet Bran, you will be super impressed.

By the way, no one realised they announced Goku in this promo image and we got future Gohan finally?? So glad of it but isn't it weird?

That's pretty cool, that game has some pretty sweet character artwork, it doesn't surprise me that they'd use it instead of making new character portraits. It sort of reminds of how older figure packaging would just take pictures of the characters from the anime Branjita

Barnes & Noble and Hot Topic, as well as a store named Box Lunch all get WCF figures. Box Lunch got the 30th Anniversary ones while B&N and HT did not though. Currently my B&N only has the Yajirobe set, Baba set, and part of the Frieza/SS Goku, Goku/King Piccolo set.

I don't go to malls often at all, so checking HT and BL is not exactly something I do often. I've only been once, and that was last month.

^Seconded. I really want a SS4 Goku which I highly doubt will ever be officially made anytime soon. 

Online stateside I've seen BBTS having preorders of recent releases but it seems mostly Japanese only stores do preorders. If you're not in the US you can try Mandarake which also ships worldwide for used previous and recent releases too.
