yeah... given that i am taking design courses all i can say is that this is barely even passable as fan art, its mostly just recolors which are like the vein/bane (whichever) of the internet. in some cases its multiple characters poorly Frankensteined together to make new fan characters. as for the game itself? i will commend them on SOME of the characters that were added looking good (such as what appeared to be Goku and Vegeta Jr), however the majority of them are the same as the fan art and a few even cause glitches and T-Stances (some such as king cold even have partial T-stance [like in the following video])
this video shows some of the game (it also appears that this guy is illegally selling copies)
I'm sure PGV didn't sell it to you at a profit so it isn't really a big deal but selling a mod period is considerd bootlegin because you making money off other work

You commented and linked a video regarding THE FIRST EVER EXISTING Dragonball PS2 MOD from 2006, which was made by me and Skazza. We invented HOW TO do things, and surely there werre many glitches and the graphic was poor. We are talking like about wright brothers plane compared to a Boeing ... The new MOD features 3D models imported from other games (we hex edited deeply everything), true 3d models editing with a ssembling of different parts. Now you can see how accurate is for example Turles Super Saiyan in the second video I linked... So be sure what you are talking about.

Nobody will ever do anything that has even a story mode fully implemented, as it took a year of work for an unofficial product which can have a profit near to 0... Said that, people shall at least know that they are commenting a 2006 game while we talk about a 2014 game...

Makes my imagination come true.

I know nothing of hacking and thus i obviously couldnt do better. you dont have to be able to do something to critique it yeah... given that i am taking design courses all i can say is that this is barely even passable as fan art, its mostly just recolors which are like the vein/bane (whichever) of the internet. in some cases its multiple characters poorly Frankensteined together to make new fan characters. as for the game itself? i will commend them on SOME of the characters that were added looking good (such as what appeared to be Goku and Vegeta Jr), however the majority of them are the same as the fan art and a few even cause glitches and T-Stances (some such as king cold even have partial T-stance [like in the following video]) Just to clear things up. I had seen the other versions of the mod (how else would i have mentioned Goku/Vegeta Jr) it is true that the newer version is better but many of the points i made remain. However it is a fairly good job given that it was a fan hack, also I did not know you made the hack PGV and just in case you thought i was attacking it/you just know that was not my intention

Why don't you make something better then? for the cover i probably could, but for the game itself? I know nothing of hacking and thus i obviously couldnt do better. you dont have to be able to do something to critique it Do you have an idea of the difference between an official product and a fanmade product? I'm a designer too, and I invented how to hack that game. Even if a few graphic minor problems remained (especially with budokai 1 models), the whole thing is near the quality of an official product. Appreciate what looks near original and is indeed fanmade, instead of complaining of a few minor bugs. Go to critique official games which sucks more and more and for which you go to spend 80$ everytime! Here, you can transform in game in Super Saiyan 5, new techniques have been added, rare models from budokai 1 and 2 have been imported and allow you to play with never before playable characters (even King kai!) how the hell you complain about something made by fans for pure enterteinment and is even freely distributed? Do these screens from the game look so fake to you? I don't mean to offend you neither, but honestly you don't have a clue about the amount of work that is behind this... and claiming that being a designer allows you to critique it the way you did is ridiculous.

I do actually know that there is alot of work behind game hacking, you need to find where the specific parts of data that you need are within the code in order to change them, you also need to create a way to change them and if they are encrypted then you need to decrypt them to bend them how you want and even if you succeeded then changing that one thing can cause another thing to stop working (such as coolers tail). even parts that would seem easy like a simple recolor can cause game breaking glitches. it is very much like creating/modifying a website's code
I didnt try to simply say i could say whatever i pleased simply because i was a designer (though rereading my original comment i can see how it comes off that way [one of the worst parts of text]) it was just something i mentioned that probably shouldn't have bothered mentioning.
