You heat your xacto knife (tip of the blade only) on the stove then just simply curve the scar.
things to know: heating the blade will make the blade weak. So make sure you have extra blades to replace for future cutting.

Yeah I figured I'd sell this one and then the second one I'm working on that I'm putting the bigger jakks ss goku head on I'll prob keep. On the second one I'm also going to try using magnets for the first time on the heads so I can swap them out so I'll have a ss head and a normal one. Ive seen Alot of people use those little magnets on heads just by drilling little holes in the heads and on the neck joint and super gluing the magnets in the drilled out holes.

So make sure you have extra blades to replace for future cutting. That's a good tip, but yes, risky. I used to use a candle, and the soot would leave dark shading. The method I prefer is to just use a thin x-acto knife blade, and do this:

Thanks bran and yeah I found a tangled up fake chain in my little girls box of jewelry and so I just used it I forgot to ask so I hope she dosent mind but I doubt she even knew she had it i really love this guy I think if jakks would have made a king vegeta this is close to how they would have made him. I can just see him in a 2 pack with price vegeta and it prob would have been one of the most coveted 2 packs jakks would have made IMO.

By far your best custom. I know you haven't made many, but this looks like one of mine Really, really, really good. Honestly, I have no complaints. I mean, the paint job is great, maybe a tad rough on the forehead? Nothing I'd bother fixing. 9.9/10 3 years well spent!

Thanks guys and thanks to everyone that liked my post.
Adam yeah I noticed the paint on the face right after I took the pictures I'm not sure if I just didn't mix that paint good enough before I put that last coat on but it was some new skin colored paint I bought and it's kinda thick I might add one more coat to smooth it out.
