I still need the androids , theyre way overpriced at the moment though ...thinking of pulling the trigger on 16 but i want to buy more Naruto SHF 😠Haha same here. Except I'm looking to get the newer Figma Motoko. I can't bring myself to spend $90+ /ea for No. 17 and 18. I'm pretty sure that they'll get re-issued as PC's. But what if by the time that happens, No. 16 is $90, or so. I mean I could live with just having 17 and 18, but that would be funny, if 16 is $90 by the time they get reissued (ifff they get re-issued)

The big sellers like the current PC's and perhaps Frieza, Scouter Vegeta, and Goku could see PC's but the Androids weren't exactly flying off the shelves. Plus how else could they possibly be repainted? I would get them know while they're still semi-affordable if I were you or risk them going up into higher prices.

Speaking of re-releases, what do you guys think about the odds of getting an anime color accurate Piccolo? I'm thinking that if we ever get one, it would be a battle damaged one, or a Piccolo that looks like the expensive SDCC version (AKA anime accurate version) but with brighter green skin to distinguish it from the Comic-con version. I just don't want to pay such a large amount to get an awesome looking Piccolo, but SDCC is the only one I would consider at this point because I don't like the manga version.
I also think it is absurd that Bandai releases figures that shouldn't be Comic-con exclusive (Piccolo, and to a certain extent, Broly and etc.) when those color schemes and appearances are considered the standard by many fans. I don't consider the manga versions to be the default version of characters, as do many other people I suspect. By making default/anime accurate figures as Comic-con exclusives, that just seems to drive the prices up even more since there is greater demand. I'm sure Bandai has done it on purpose to make more money. I wouldn't be surprised, but I admit I'm a new collector and so my knowledge isn't as great as other people.

It seems the trend is that they're making anime accuracy the standard (finally). I too think that if they make another Piccolo, it will be battle damaged. A PC version is a possibility but I doubt it. Piccolo wasn't a huge seller and since he pretty much has only one outfit, the only other variation of him would be battle damaged. A 2.0 is a possibility but again, most likely battle damaged.

"How else could they possible be repainted?" The same way Vegeta, Trunks, and Cell were repainted? No one really anticipated neither of those PC releases either. I remember people said the same thing about Trunks and Cell especially. So their release is just as likely, IMO. And the Android sold out as quick as any of the original releases. Plus, I don't consider $90 to be "semi-affordable" for a Figuart. But that is my opinion. If you think that they're worth the $90+ prices then by all means.

I've been in this line from the beginning and trust me that anything below $100 is actually pretty decent considering the crazy aftermarket. Not saying any figure is actually worth that. I already have them all but I'm just going by likelihood and Tamashii won't premium color EVERY character so if there's any that won't make the cut it may just be the Androids. Trunks, Vegeta, and Cell were always being asked about so seeing them get PC treatment isn't too surprising. Simply giving advice based on probability here bro

If there was ever a figure that needed a PC repaint, it's SS3 Goku. Really an ugly looking figure, with that grotesque orange coloring. I'd love a normal skin color for him, like the other Goku's, along with blonde hair with some shadowing. That's the one figure in my collection that I don't have some form of. The only figures I don't have besides that are the first five SDCC figures and the OG Trunks and SS Vegeta. Don't really need any of them, although I'd love to have the ADCC Arlian Vegeta. Probably gonna get that around Christmas. I have hope they'll do a PC version of SS3 Goku. I gave up on wanting it since it does look awful. Maybe they'll finally do it as next years SDCC?

It seems like I'm somewhat late to the party. i have friends that have been collecting them for a while, and I jumped in when Trunks got the PC treatment. And now I've been bit by the DBZ Figuart bug. I'm not the type to collect every single character out of every line though. I just get my favorite characters. but to be honest, while I think the Figuarts are cool and all, I don't think they warrant the second-market prices.

I started the same way 2 years ago and now own at least 17 different ones including most of the SDCC's. Its hard to stop wanting them when these new releases come out looking all amazing and stuff.

I could definitely see them releasing some other version of 18 at the very least since she has various outfits and they said they wanna do more females anyways. 17 is a maybe and 16 has the worst chance. He's the first character I've seen drop in the aftermarket. It's highly unlikely they'd revisit him in any way. Honestly he was pretty good except for his height and while not the most exciting characters, competing the trio is nice. The after market prices are ridiculous and I feel for all the newcomers. Luckily with PC's and the 2.0's it gives everyone a chance to either upgrade or just have the character in some way.

Talking about price drops, Amazon dropped Cell-saga Trunks to $38 shipped. That's the lowest I've seen it.

I hope for a 2.0 anime colours Piccolo. I think they could get significant sales even if it wasn't battle damaged. If they included a lot of accessories, and sold for a decent price, it could work. The only problem with current Figuarts releases is the relative lack of accessories, and Piccolo was always a bit scant (two faces/three heads?).
EDIT: If I recall correctly, wasn't Piccolo the first Figuarts release? I think it's time he was given another shot!

The accessories is what finally made me pull the trigger on Trunks as my first DB figuart figure. I think it's one of the better deals when it comes to the DB Figuart line. It comes with non-saiyan and saiyan hair, plus all of the accessories including the sword. Even if the PC version had one less face, I believe?

Piccolo is alright but Tamashii Nations is aware people want Raditz! I can't express how complete I would feel if Tamashii Nations produces both Nappa and Raditz!
