Yeah I just wanted the purple belt and wristbands lol. Like I said it's not that big of a deal but it would've been nice. The figure still looks fantastic either way

There's very little solid consistency between the various palettes but the purple wrist band/sash combo shows up quite a bit in the anime.  It took me a bit of time to get used to it but now that Super has the purple wrist band/sash, I've accepted it as the standard color. looking at the footage again...it seems the palette used in the Ressurection F Future Trunks Special Edition may actually be a dark blue/dark purple combo but the difference is very subtle. I'd imagine if DBZ were truly remade, Goku would have a palette similar to the one seen on the 2.0 SS3 Goku. |

timone317 I always thought it was strange how they changed Goku's boot colors for the full color manga, anyway that's a pretty nice chart, you did a great job documenting the different color palettes. I also found it strange how during the android saga Goku's stripes and bootstrings colors got reversed (well technically speaking the bootstring became a washed out tan color istead of yellow). This last thing has nothing to do with colors but it's pretty interesting that Toriyama started drawing Goku wearing knotted bootstrings during the Namek/Frieza arc where previously they were more like ankle bands.

wait hold on do they sell sh figuarts at retail?!?!?!? Anything not a web exclusive can be sold in stores. My local toys r us has the battle damaged ssj2 gohan and the ss trunks in Saiyan armor. I picked up gohan. Wish they woulda gotten the premium color cell. |

I can't believe the prices the Kaioken Goku is going for on Ebay right now. $300+. Really surprised when legitimately everyone I have talked to says they don't like it lol. I sense some BS. I really don't want to pay that much for a Figuarts at this point, but my collection will be incomplete without it. Soooooo I'll wait for it to release and see what happens with the price.

It may be another Goku, but it looks pretty good! Crossing my fingers for Tien and Yamcha release date as well as SSJ4 in the future.
