First official Goku SSGod photo. A bit lame, since the first proto was much better. I expect to see more photos soon (Shenron too).  I don't mind how his body looks. It's good for customs. |

I personally don't do customs, but I can see how it can be used for one. I still plan to get the figure. I really like how they use the SSG form in the Super manga. Besides, if you don't want to wait, pop an Awakening Goku head off and put it on this body. Boom, 2.0 SSJ Goku! (ignoring the kanji and the head peg) |

Of all those prototypes, that was the one I wanted least of all. Oh well, at least it's the new body, so it makes it a little more appealing. Hopefully the Shenron rumor is accurate. They said Shenron and SSG Goku were next up It was never a rumor. It was confirmed along with God Goku for an October release. It was indicated on the shonen jump calendar the same as Goku. |

Would have preferred SSJ4 Goku but Godku is good too. (Not as good though...)

He has the same musculature as the regular form, not slimmed like he should be. The faces and hairsculpt look decent enough but that gi color is inaccurate. Besides the gi and the body itself, he looks solid

My guess is they couldn't justify the cost of making a body they couldn't reuse for regular black hair Goku. Which, if they use this body and give it a belt instead of sash, I will absolutely buy. Even though, I guess the neckline plunges pretty low for a Saiyan Saga Goku with a belt. So I would hope they would give him a different shirt if they released a Saiyan/Namek Saga Goku based on this.

I think the arms are slimmed down, and the body is the same mold as SSJ3 Goku. They're getting into the habit of reusing molds again even when it doesn't work. 🙄

I'd love to see 2.0's of both those figures since they both came out not as good as they could've |
