This is probably the first year i saw where no one is excited about SDCC exclusives...Lol guess im the only one who doesnt mind the kaio ken goku I'm mildly excited because with all the saiyan saga focus on the way I think it'd be a nice figure to have and with it being at more events, the price shouldn't be too high online. On the other hand it's not a huge 'OMG I didn't see that coming!?!?' surprise or anything so I don't think anyone here's going to go crazy about it  |

I agree we need Bulma and Chichi, and Videl too! And then a good early Buu saga Gohan to go with Videl, Saiyaman or purple gi or whatever. it makes super happy seeing people wishing for more female characters, three years ago I felt super lonely wanting them... Some people in other forums told me for what? they are not fighters? I was like excuse me Jan? so what? I dont like statues and a proper Chi-Chi figuarts, Launch, Videl or 3 or 4 Bulmas would be like a dream for me. |

I don't know who Jan is, but I remember that. Statues are awesome, but I'm a figure guy. I want the aesthetic to match too.
Bulma, Videl, Chi Chi, and Lunch are all big wants for me. I was just listing a top 5.
These are the only characters I'll buy:
Every Goku (not SDCC exclusives because...I already don't know how I'm going to afford all these!)
Every Vegeta (ditto on the SDCC exclusives)
Bulma
Chi Chi
Lunch
Videl
Goten and Trunks
Mr. Satan

A Chichi figure would be great to pair up with Normal Goku. Since his look without the kanji's in base form doesn't remind me of any epic fighting scene, it'd be nice to have him smiling next to her. x)

Bulma is the second most important character after Goku to be honest, so she deserves a figure for narrative importance. Chichi and Videl have had their own stints as fighters, and they're just good characters, so I hope we see them sometime.

With those three I could rest in peace  I made about a year ago? I think? some charts (I posted them on /toy/ 4chan and other forum, I dont remember, maybe here?)    Other female characters      this one dreams too much  (Mai would cost too much as well lol) Edit. I did other side characters that I would love to have As you can see I dream too much (I mean two packs? three packs? that's an utopy) and these characters are never going to have figuarts, but oh well :S I didnt do Ten or Yamcha because when I did the charts they were revealed on SDCC I think, now I want a DB Yamcha con Puar and a proper Chiaotzu |

I wish Chiaotzu weren't a static figure that's only good for one scene. The Saibaman didn't need it, but Chiaotzu really should've been articulated to a degree, if not a full release. I hope they'll do a normal figure with his robes and articulation, and I guess pack him with a lightly articulated Puar for like $30. Roshi should come with Oolong.
Otherwise Tien looks great. I am afraid they'll release the Cell Saga version with sash as convention exclusive though, it would be such a dick move. Same with short hair Yamcha.

See, I want Bulma and ChiChi, but my preferences are actually Bulma in her Buu Saga/Super appearance (the short red dress with the yellow ascot) and Chi Chi in her Cell saga look (though I wouldn't be too opposed to her Buu saga look either). They just look more iconic to me personally. That said, other than the Dragonball first appearance (which is iconic, but doesn't really fit with a mostly Z based collection) I'd be ok with any of them. Even DB Chi Chi is close enough to her later looks that I could probably customize it to what I wanted if I really wanted to.
