kind of off topic since the figure is out but does anyone know why SS3 Goku went up in price several places to like $75 and is out of stock at a lot of others? He just came out like 3 or 4 months ago in the US. Usually the figures even the exclusives stay around longer than that. Do you all think he will get restocked and drop back down to like $55-$60 or should I scramble to find one now?

Random thought but it kind of blows my mind that at this point in the line the closest thing we have to the more modern style SS hair for Goku and Vegeta is the SS Blue Goku and maybe Rose form Goku Black. Vegeta doesn’t have a single figure with hair reflecting the SSJ2 form or later, just re-used molds from his saiyan and Cell saga hair. If Vegetto has modern style SSJ hair, why can’t Goku and Vegeta?
The most glaring example of this is with the new Majin Vegeta. He should have come with SSJ2 style hair and a new base form head so we wouldn’t have to use the Saiyan saga one (with hair that is way too big and not enough spikes). This probably seems like a minor issue to many but for a line that is all about attention to detail I just don’t get it.

This is exactly why I got in there fast with the new Namek Goku, but nobody wanted to listen and thought I was crazy! Last regular release to get a re-up was Awakening Goku which took about 18 months. I have no doubt we'll see SSJ3 Goku again, whether it be a re-release, SDCC repaint or re-tool, but don't expect it before Spring 2019 at the earliest. If you're happy to wait in order to save $20, go for it, but between now and it's inevitable re-release, the price will only continue to increase. Up until now i've just been so grateful for what we've got that the details have been acceptable. Mac & Cheese hair, lack of regular heads, lack of effect accessories, general poor attention to detail. We've reached a point now where they've made enough of these figures to know what their customers want. I'd like to think the new Namek Goku is a turning point, but we'll just have to wait and see. I think we have Super to thank for making a lot of this possible. Or perhaps we have Toriko to thank for not blowing up and being the next One Piece!! |

I was just surprised and wondering if maybe some places will get another shipment since it's just after the holidays. Since exclusives like Nappa, Premium Cell, and battle damaged Gohan are still readily available. And does anyone have an updated list of all the figuarts showing which ones are web exclusives and which ones aren't so I know which ones to jump on quick. Thank you! |

I just bought my second one off of Big Bad Toy Store for retail like a week ago because I saw the price climbing on him. They have more in stock I believe. Just FYI. |

Actually, he wasn't announced officially. There were only rumors on the internet for a July release, nothing official. Yet, he must get a release date soon imo |
