I have a suggestion/request. If you actually make a checklist can you include a small blank box somewhere near the images that can be filled in? Also, assuming you have multiples, can you include the multiples for figures that have more than one head part (Gohan SS1/SS2, Trunks/SS, Vegetto/SS, etc.)? I don't know how you would arrange the images but I think eight or nine figures per row would help fit everything into a single 1920x1080 image. Another unrelated request, there's an image in your SDCC Broly gallery I liked quite a bit. news.toyark.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2016/08/SDCC-Broly-40.jpgCould you recreate that image but with the SDCC and Premium Color exclusives on one side and the original releases on the other? Something like this, and preferably all in the same poses and positions.

Hey timone317, I saw your post on Toyark about Nappa and was wondering why you think Nappa doesn't have a stoic face? I've yet to see one. There's a cocky grin, charging yell, and the shocked/"over 900" face but no head with a plain expression. checking again, it seems the product page mentions 3 replacement faces, maybe they just haven't shown off the normal face. If so, great.

the demand wasn't and still isn't there for 16 and Whis (even though 16 is a superb release). It's hard to say what will happen with Nappa. I'm not sure I see it staying at retail for more than a year...which is technically still plenty of time to hold off on buying it.

This is one instance where I don't mind the manga colors for a few reasons. It doesn't look terrible, I actually like the thought of having a Nappa and Raditz with similar armor colors like in the image above, there's always a chance for an anime accurate Premium Color edition (as much as I hate when Tamashii double dips), and the main reason I like this...the manga colors just so happen to match the "original animation colors", so this can be placed next to the SDCC 2014 Vegeta. If that isn't enough, repainting the armor should be quite simple, it would be easy to just make your own anime accurate version.

Said it before, saying again, IMO this new Vegeta is perfect. 10/10. Above all else, I'm perfectly satisfied with the superb color palette (particularly pleased they went back to the pale orange skin tone, the dark desaturated cantaloupe color used on some of the other new figures just didn't look right (image for comparison) and I'm hoping they stick with the pale orange color in the future. I'm very happy with what I'm seeing. (just hope I'm not getting carried away by prototype images that differ greatly from the final version...) Something else I'm noticing, it looks like the undersides of the armor parts will be painted. This is exactly what I wanted to see from the 2.0 versions of the figures, overall improvements that make the updates better than the original. I think it's safe to say here, this is undeniably better than the first release (with the possible exception of a lack of sculpted eyes which is still a disappointment).

It wasn't my figure. I was simply passing the image along as it seemed like something worth being cautious about.

In this thread, we will be discussing anything and everything to do with the S.H. Figuarts Nappa. It's OK to go off topic, but let's try and mostly stay on the topic of Nappa. Thanks!

Far as I'm concerned, Vegeta 2.0 is the first "perfect" release since Broly. See what a difference accurate colors make? Compared to the 2.0 SS Vegeta, I think this is an all around improvement. Not only does it look great, it can be considered accurate to both the anime and the manga. As much as I rant about the strange colors seen on Figuarts figures, it's only appropriate for me to give Tamashii glowing praise when they get the colors right. I desperately hope they stick with this pale orange skin tone on future figures (most of the saiyans with the exception of Trunks).
Nappa also looks perfect and I'm quite excited that it's finally coming out.

If this is what you're going for... ...then this Marvel Legends Venom might be a good choice. It was released last year so it should still be easy to get. There will be two significant issues though, resizing the joints so they can be repainted and figuring out how to deal with the shoulder sections, which will be quite difficult if you plan on keeping the articulation.

Pretty much. Chances are, if Tamashii ever produces an Oozaru it will be a six-inch MonsterArts figure and I can't even see that happening.

The green parts on the prototype were too saturated. The ideal color should be closer to a light lime green. To me, it was a textbook variant. Slightly different, visually appealing on it's own, but hardly necessary for a collection. The final version isn't that at all. It's exactly what a PCE figure should be, a general improvement over the original. Perfect? Maybe not (light purple joints), but it's very close. If I were a reviewer, this would get a 10/10 from me. I really like what I'm seeing.

90% sure the retail version of Cell was shown off at Tamashii Nations 2016 and I have to say...pretty damn good. Nothing like the prototype, and in this specific instance that's a very good thing.
