(HELP) Dragon Ball Jakks Pacific figures rarity and value

I'll try to answer most of this.

Regarding DB, if you're talking about the Jakks kid Gokus from the same series as General Blue, those are pretty common. The larger scale IF Labs ones are pretty expensive now. Mai, for whatever reason, has always been one of the least expensive IF Labs figures. General Blue seems relatively common and not too well liked. The Pirate Robot is probably a $40 figure now, but I haven't looked recently.

DBGT: That Dr. Myu and Baby 2 pack will cost you quite a bit, especially if you want it in the package. Loose... they are often missing the accessories. Sigma Rilldo is extremely rare and will definitely be a $100-$300 figure. The DBGT kid Goku figures aren't all that popular, so I imagine it is not that expensive.

Chibis: Not many people like them, but I bet they are going to be hard to find due to people not liking them.

DBZ: Irwin Raditz and Nappa are pretty common now. The Alien Invaders Vegeta in green and orange is a $100+ figure. Recoome usually sells for a higher price and is a bit rare... still under $100 though. Burter and Jeice are mostly $10-$15 figures. Captain Ginyu is probably a $40 figure.

Honestly, most of these things you just need to look up on ebay and change the filter to "sold" to see what their current values are. Most people these days don't know the difference between Irwin and Jakks much less which series they came from, especially if the figures are not in the package anymore, so looking for Saiyan Saga Vegeta figures you're probably best off just searching "Vegeta Jakks" (instead of "Alien Invaders Vegeta") and looking through all of them from highest to lowest price in "sold".

You'll be best off (monetarily) if you find someone's collection on ebay or Mercari and just buy everything they have and resell what you don't need. It's expensive to do that, but it's the only way to get Sigma Rilldo, King Cold, Saiyan Saga Vegeta, and some of the other rare figures without having to pay $100+ for each of them. Collections seem like they max out at $2000 on ebay from what little I've looked.

Not too many people on here are actively building their Irwin and Jakks collections, so you'll have to do most of this work yourself. I sometimes look at ebay, but since I have almost everything I could possibly want... my pricing knowledge is 5+ years outdated.
