Fantastic job!!! So r u going to add his vest? Idk that he needs it as he looks really good as is. U did such a good job on front and back of the torso.

Been working on a few custom figures lately (BD Goku, BD Piccolo, Super Buu, and Videl) so I thought I'd post some WIP photos of my favorite so far, Videl:    Her head is originally from a Sabre Zero Figma. I trimmed some of the bangs and sculpted the rest of the hair. I kept it in two parts so I can remove the face as well. The torso is from an Anzu Futaba figure with a slight modification to her tank top. |

Here are some more Videl WIPs:    The legs are from another Figam (the Anzu Futaba figure's legs were too short and skinny). I sculpted the boots (which took forever!) I'll post more pics as I progress. I still need to repaint her eyes to match Videl's but I'm still a wee bit nervous about that part... |

Here's my most recent Videl WIP:  I still need to do a clean up, clear coat, and work on the face but overall I'm pretty happy about this one. I'm not sure if I'll do a long-hair version or not.. The Figmas are pretty nice to work with, very similar to the S.H. Figuarts. However, the male figures are not as good as the Figuarts. I'm working on a custom figure (Swan) from my favorite movie of all time (The Warriors) out of two different Figmas so we'll see how that goes.. cleve |
