I'm trying to convince my sister that it would be worth it to draw dbz on canvas. She is a artist that never pursued any profession with her talent, other than photography. The idea is to see if anyone would be willing to pay for the time. She showed me a small canvas that runs $30, a large canvas runs $90+. That's my rough estimate. The picture below is what I found laying around my parents house. She considers this dumpster material, to throw away. (Chalk drawing) I asked her for other samples and she apparently threw out over 200 paintings. I honestly believe her canvas paintings are way better than any animation cel. This is a art study drawing. The original piece is someone else's. What I'm proposing is she can paint a canvas with a dbz scene of your choosing. She could also make some pretty awesome chalk drawings. Currently she is working on a drawing of Goku, to give you a better idea. The paintings would be done in acrylic paint. I've been begging her for years to paint me some. Finally she came around! Prices would be negotiable. My friend said her artwork is awesome and wants some pieces made. He worked at Thomas Kinkade with, Thomas Kinkade. (aka: dead artist with million dollar pieces) His job involved touching up some of his pieces. Probably the best artist of our lifetimes. (Just a little more gloating for my sister.) That guy no joke is ranked with all the ninja turtles. Nothing will be done or said until the Goku drawing is updated in this post. Request are just to see if anyone would be interested. Like the post and request a painting. You could even throw out a price and picture to see if it's doable. A picture with very detailed elements and basically more time would probably cost more. I would love to see a full blown dbz masterpiece.

Great idea man. She seems really good at it too. Unfortunately I don't live in the US so I can only provide you with moral support but I think she should definitely do it

She seems very talented. I, unfortunately, don't have any wall space for artwork.
