I couldn't find the how to order from big in jap thread so I created a new thread. I have preordered an item from big in jap a couple of months ago and since I have some financial problems I sent them to cancel the preorder. To my surprise they replied with this:

Hello,

We are sorry but the supplier deadline for this item is now past and we cannot accept cancellations at this point. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

I'm kinda furious right now! That's the lamest excuse I've ever received. The item is sold out; if they would cancel my preorder they would probably have someone but it in 15 minutes.

So now I'm stuck with my preorder that I can't cancel. So the question is does anyone know how to pass on a preorder to someone else?? Any help would be great.

The item I'm stuck with by the way is the Levi kotobukiya statue.

If you did the method where you don't pay until the figure is in stock then I would imagine you simply do not pay them and you forcefully cancelled your order lol.

I have bought some in BiJ but I can't help you as I haven't canceled anything. Like you say, it's so lame they don't let you cancel it when they still haven't it on the shop and it still will take like 3 or so months to arrive??
Curious that it's Koto's Levi, which I'm torn btwn him and the GSC Levi. But I still can't decide, need to see the final products and the painted version of GSC first.

To be honest I don't know, I just read it a lot everywhere. I guess BiJ can transfer that order to another account without much problem. If I decide which version to take in time, I tell you. If not, you could always try writing in MFC page, I'm sure many people would also want it.
