Since I can't wait for BBTS customer service to reply, I'll ask you guys. I have paid for my pile of loot a couple of days ago and currently the status of the order is paid and waiting to enter the warehouse. A few minutes ago, I decided to order a couple of figures so when I paid for them, I automatically created a new pile of loot and my orders were not combined. This costs me an extra $21! I sent them asking if they can combine my orders but they still haven't replied. So was anyone of you guys put in this situation before??

Since you live outside the country, I guess you can't call them easily. I've never bought from them, but if they have a Facebook or Twitter send them a message. That's what I had to do with Anime Rider when they forgot to fulfill my pre-order when Goku was in stock, they never answered my emails (waited over a week) until I started bothering them on those places.

Gonstead I sent it immediately after I made my second order. Branjita their customer service is quite marvelous to be frank. I even wanted to send them a thank you email after I received my last order from them. They respond to emails immediately and they are very friendly.

Does that mean they replied to you yet? If not, it could just simply be a Sunday working policy thing like some places do like the post office.
Perhaps the next working day you'll get it if you haven't already. Joel's (BBTS owner) a really cool person to deal with, so something like combining your two orders shouldn't be much hassle.

I didnt know that this Joel was the owner of the store. Anyhow, they replied a couple of hours ago with this: Hello Mohamed, Thank you for ordering with us! After reviewing your account, it appears that your order has already shipped. I do apologies that I was not able to stop your order in time, however, once you press the "Ship My Loot Now" it is very difficult to pull an order out, we compare it to finding a needle in a haystack. However, this new item will start your new Pile of Loot and does not need to ship for up to 180 days, so you can await more preorders before shipping it. If there is anything else I can do to assist you, I would be more than happy to help. Have a wonderful evening! Even though, my problem was not solved and I'll pay an extra $20, I'm still very happy with their service and hospitality. Much more friendly than Manda for sure

Wow, they hold stuff for people for 180 days? That's shocking. That's 6 months! If somebody took 6 months to pay me for something, well, it would be sold to somebody else! That's quite a service right there.

Wow, they hold stuff for people for 180 days? That's shocking. That's 6 months! If somebody took 6 months to pay me for something, well, it would be sold to somebody else! That's quite a service right there. Ahaha, well it doesn't technically work like that. You still pay for the item + shipping but you have the option of starting a "Pile of Loot", which is basically a service where they hold your items that you have paid for 180 days. So if you happen to come across something you like, you buy that item for its price + a drastically reduced shipping price since you're adding that item to your current pile of loot order. The 180 days timer is then reset when you add new items to the lot. Its basically a way for people to save up on shipping if they're buying multiple items and have multiple pre-orders throughout the year or etc. With some items when adding to the Pile of Loot, you don't even have to pay any additional postage since it could potentially have already been covered by a previous item's postage price being added in. It's their pre-orders where you don't have to pay anything until the item is actually in stock and ready to ship, which makes them one of my favourite places to shop at for the last 5 or so years I've been buying off them. And yeah, Joel is an awesome person to deal with. I once emailed about any potential re-stocking for Scouter Vegeta back when he was a new release. The pre-order had sold out and I hadn't gotten to place an order in time. They replied back saying that they did intend on re-stocking Vegeta very soon. The next day or so, I just happen to find that an order had been placed for Vegeta was on my account and that it had been paid for and ready to ship. The listing for Vegeta was also changed to "Pre-Order" status. ^ __ ^
