I've noticed on the gold hair version of Super Saiyan Son Gohan that there's a box with a white label at the bottom:

Are both version correct and legitimate? Why does one have the strange white label at the bottom?

I believe the white label boxes were released to some countries.

That white label is not written in Japanese, but I don't know if it is Chinese or Korean. @edison or cmakhk would know. I think it's probably a Korean sbc because I remember they had stickers on the boxes. You might go to the Other International section and see if the pics I posted in the Korean topics still work so you can compare.

Look like bootleg for me.
Although both legitimate and bootleg made in China, I don't think there were many China version of legitimate toys released from China in old days.
