The final fight in the third Matrix was definitely a Dragonball fight, and I'm pretty sure the last Superman was based more on Dragonball than it was the Superman comics. Name some movies you think draw inspiration from Dragonball or straight up steal from it.

There's an animated movie called Super Kid that is a direct rip off of Dragonball. It was even dubbed with many of the Ocean dub cast, so you'll recognize Bulma's voice and others. The movie is extremely long and boring as hell, but it's worth watching one time if you have nothing else going on in your life and over two hours to kill. It's truly boring as hell.
