These look pretty cool and for 10 figures per case for 3360 yen, it's not a bad deal. Only issue I could see is that they are candy toys, so they could potentially be a bit lower in quality compared to some things.

Well it depends on preference really, but there are great articulated Unifive\Bandai candy toys made for dbz, Posing Figures, Goku Great Battle, Shodo.
Other than that Chara Puchi, Deformation, MFS, Real Works are successful Bandai candy toys lines.

I also imagine that there gonna be a chaser figure for the 66 Action set.

MFC puts them at 66mm, so just slightly over an inch tall.
